Crawler type color sorter is a device that automatically sorts out different color particles in granular materials by photoelectric detection according to the difference of optical characteristics of materials. The crawler type color sorter is mainly composed of a feeding system, an optical detection system, a signal processing system and a separation execution system. The crawler type color sorter sends materials to the outlet end by belt conveyor. The materials are collected by an industrial camera at the end. Through the separation execution system, the materials can be separated according to color differences.
